YOGA FOR POSTNATAL RECOVERY - Private Classes
Chaitanya is now offering one on one postnatal yoga classes from her home healing sanctuary in Sandy Beach. Its such a special experience to spend an hour a week dedicated to your recovery from the immensity of pregnancy, birth and new motherhood.
Specialised Yoga for Postnatal women can help you greatly in your recovery after birth, helping to reconnect you with the pelvic floor, abdominal muscle function (also known as core strength) and to gently heal from diastasis separation which is common after pregnancy and birth. Postpartum yoga is gentle and nourishing, helping you stretch out tired muscles from nursing, and rest into your own depths to find the deep resources within. It help you fill up your cup, so you can return to your family more nourished, more sane, more rested than before!
With a background in pelvic healing and women's yoga, meditation, sacred sound and women's circles, Chaitanya welcomes you into her peaceful space and teaches you how to find and reside in that peace inside your own body.
