Rhythmic Reconnection
My work is expanding to include a seasonal and cyclical teaching pathway called Rhythmic Reconnection - a group container that will run for 6 months on the seasonal arc from Winter to Summer to help women:
1) Reclaim + embody the power of their womb, re-establishing their potent feminine foundation
2) Pivot onto their soul path through learning to reconnect, honour and work with cycles and flows of body, nature and time, including seasonal restorative cleansing, eclipse journeywork and embracing and using retrograde energies

3) Emerge more connected and empowered with a soul-sourced plan, a nourishing and achievable strategy to enact it and empowering perspectives on how to align with and be lifted up by the flow of life as the seasons come and go.
This work is both simple and profound: r/evolutionary.
It emerges from my last decade of hands on womb work, three years of studying the yoga of time and nearly two decades of Vedic studies and connection.Im still finalising the details and links. But I felt to open the door a little wider so you can have a feel of what's coming!
